While the galleries we deliver are the visible manifestation of the work we do, the true heart behind it all -- and what inspires us daily -- is the experience we offer each couple we have the pleasure to work with! From the first meeting to the final delivery and beyond, we are passionate about providing an experience that is stress-free, connection-centered, and always puts our couples first. Even our approach to posing, with an emphasis on prompts and gentle guidance over awkwardly placing every limb, is driven by this client-first mentality.

Before we can start making those big wedding day photography plans, you have to hit pause on The Office (or Pride & Prejudice, depending on your mood) and send an inquiry my way!
2.
LEMME SEE YOUR FACE
(10+ months before “I do")
After learning a little bit about the wedding day you’re planning through your inquiry, I love to meet up for a get-to-know-you sesh. This way, I can learn more about you, your love story, and your expectations for your wedding photography. This is also a great chance for you to ask any questions you have about how we do what we do and what we promise to deliver.
3.
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
(10+ months before “I do)
If we are a great fit, let’s get your date on our calendar so the fun can really begin! With just a signature and paid retainer, you can check a massive item off your to-do list, because you’ve officially booked your wedding photographer!
4.
LET THE SURPRISES BEGIN
(9-12 months before “I do")
Don’t worry too much about this one...just keep your eyes peeled for any little treats that may come your way. We love you to pieces, and we know wedding planning can be stressful, so we are always looking for ways to encourage you through this wild time.
5.
DOCUMENT YOUR ENGAGEMENT
(9-12 months before “I do")
Before we start talking about wedding day specifics, let’s make sure your engagement gets its time to shine! And don’t worry about a thing. We will help you with everything from finding the ideal location to choosing the perfect complementary outfits. This is a wonderful chance for you to get comfortable in front of the camera and for us to learn how best to guide you through a photo session before your wedding day.
6.
BROWSE YOUR FIRST GALLERY
(9-12 months before “I do)
Just 24 hours after your session, you’ll have your first set of sneak peeks to enjoy, followed by a mini gallery 2 weeks after the session. This way, you can get to work on those save the dates ASAP and aren’t tapping your toe waiting on us. Then, your full gallery in all its glory will arrive 4-6 weeks after the session, and you can start decorating your home with your beautiful images!
7.
LET'S TALK DEETS
(4-6 months before “I do")
Now that your engagement has been beautifully showcased, it’s time to start digging into the wedding day details. We will send an extensive document your way so you can fill out information about your bridal party, ceremony restrictions, family formal photos, our day-of contact person, sensitive relationships we should be aware of, and all the ins and outs of scheduling. This ensures we are completely prepared on your wedding day and that everything flows smoothly.
8.
NAIL DOWN YOUR TIMELINE
(2-4 months before “I do")
Speaking of “flowing smoothly,” nothing makes for a stress-free wedding day like a well planned timeline! And don’t worry, because we aren’t abandoning you to do it alone! With our help, you’ll be able to schedule in plenty of transition time between events, room for delays, and even perfectly lit photos!
9.
A FINAL CHECK IN
(one week before “I do)
Though we will be in touch periodically throughout the planning process, you can rest assured that we will check in for final confirmation and to quadruple check details a week before your glorious walk down the aisle. This way, you know we will be on time and ready to go without any lingering doubts or worries!
10.
CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES, COME ON! (IT'S TODAY!)
With the planning in the rearview, it’s time to forget about to-do lists and vendor lists and just enjoy the beautiful celebration you’ve planned! Just enter into the moment and trust that we will catch all the special moments -- posed and unposed -- that make this day the best one you’ve ever lived!
11.
SNEAK A PEAK
(24 hours after “I do")
Just 24 hours or less after the sun set on the best day of your life, you’ll already have a selection of photos to enjoy and share! And keep your eyes peeled for your second mini gallery 3 weeks or less after that to include in thank you notes or display in your home.
12.
RELIVE YOUR BIG DAY
(6-8 weeks after “I do)
With your new life and husband and wife only just begun, it’s time to snuggle up together and scroll through all the images that tell the story of a day you’ll never forget. From the way a bridesmaid laughed so hard before the ceremony that mimosa came out her nose to the way grandpa shook it like a polaroid picture on the reception dance floor, you’ll be able to treasure each moment that made your special day so much more than you could have imagined. And most importantly, you’ll have the photos documenting your true love to pass on to generations to come.
